Dog Adopted by Officer from Local Police's Program Becomes Beloved Station Pup

A police officer in Chester County started a popular pet adoption program through her department. Thanks to her and other officers, dozens of animals found their forever homes. But as NBC10’s Katy Zachry explains, the program went from work to something a bit more personal.
