Clear the Shelters: Jake Wants a Happy Anniversary

Jake has reached a somewhat sad anniversary: he has been at the Brandywine Valley SPCA for an entire year. Jake is a great, well-mannered family dog and even learning a few tricks, so he would love to find a home. The shelter also recently took in 16 German Shepherds that are under-socialized but very sweet. The shelter is looking for fosters to take them in.
