Cleanup Continues After Overnight Flooding in Our Area

The Schuykill Expressway is back open from recent rain flooding but it took a while to get us to this point. Those rains and the resulting floodwaters closed 76 for more than 6 hours early this morning. Drivers already on the highway had no choice but to sit and wait. Crews spent Monday cleaning up the mess.
