City officials searching for answers to combat drug and addiction crisis in Kensington

Philadelphia officials are working on a plan to both clean up the city’s Kensington neighborhood and address the drug use and addiction there. It’s also a personal mission for Councilmember Jim Harrity who – after his own struggles – wants to help others reach recovery. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk spoke with him today.
