City Leaders Answer Questions About Demolition Guidelines

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Licenses and Inspections Commissioner Carlton Williams answer questions about whether proper procedures were following in the demolition of a building at 22nd and Market Streets. The 4-story structure collapsed onto a two-story building on Wednesday, killing six people and injuring 13.
