Christie Bill Links Rutgers-Camden and Rowan

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill on Wednesday that will reconstruct the state’s higher education. The bill will not merge Rowan and Rutgers-Camden, but will link them for joint science collaborations. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports.
