Christie Bans Smoking in State-Owned Areas

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie agreed on Friday night to ban smoking at state-owned parks and beaches, but stopped short of banning smoking at county and local recreational sites. The decision on whether or not to accept the governor’s changes is now up to state lawmakers.
