Chinatown Stitch set to cap part of the Vine Street Expressway receives $158.9M grant

Chinatown in Philadelphia was split apart when the Vine Street Expressway was built but plans are in the works to bring the neighborhood back together. The Chinatown Stitch project has received a grant from the city for $158.9 million and plans to break ground in 2027. NBC10 ‘s Karen Hua has the latest on the plan.
