Residents Plan to Stop Alleged Child Predator

A man has been trying to lure teenagers in Upper Darby since mid February and residents are working together to catch him. According to police, four out of five of the children approached were walking to or from Upper Darby High School. Police are continuing to search for the suspect. NBC10’s Cydney Long reports the details.
