Street Named for Child Caught in Crossfire 30 Years Ago

Marcus Yates was 5 years old when he was killed inside a store in 1988. On Wednesday, Philadelphia renamed a portion of Springfield Avenue after him. His family spoke about how not much has changed when it comes to protecting kids from gun violence in the city and what still needs to be done.
