Chester Police Shootout Leaves Officer Injured, Suspects Dead, Injured

Tuesday night police officially declared the scene secured along the 300 block of Rose St. in Chester, Pa. A building along that street was the scene of a shoot out that left a cop injured, two suspects in the hospital and two suspects dead.
