Chester Co. Man Busted on Sex Assault, Child Porn Charges

Neighbors never expected that the retired teacher and long-time youth baseball coach living on their block would be a child predator. But, 70-year-old William Rhoads faces charges ranging from rape of a child to child porn after police say Rhoads was arrested for allegedly assaulting four young boys.
