Chemical Spill From Train Looked Like Mist: Witnesses

Vinyl Chloride leaked from a train car after the train carrying vinyl chloride derailed on a Paulsboro, N.J. bridge Friday morning. Witnesses say it looked like mist and people were warned to stay indoors. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
