Charlenni's Abuse: You Can't Blame Sex Crimes on Stepmom

The attorney for 10-year old Charlenni Ferreira‘s stepmother says you can’t pin the sexual abuse Charlenni suffered on her client, Margarita Garabito. Barbara McDermott made the comments after a preliminary hearing in the case on Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2010. Investigators uncovered a long and horrific history of abuse after Charlenni died in October, 2009.
