Charlenni's Abuse: Stepmom's Atty. Blames Dad

10-year-old Charlenni Ferreira’s father is the primary person to blame for the years of physical abuse she suffered before she died last October, according to the attorney for the little girls’ stepmother. Margarita Garabito is charged with murder in the case. Charlenni’s father committed suicide shortly after he was arrested and charged.
