Charges Upgraded to Murder for Deptford Cop

David Compton died shortly after he was taken off life support. Compton was allegedly shot in the head by Deptford Twp. police officer James Stuart. Stuart was charged with first-degree murder Friday. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
