Charges pending for a driver who went the wrong way on I-95 killing a woman in head-on crash

Police revealed that a deadly crash that shut down I-95 was due to a driver who was under the influence of alcohol and went the wrong way down the roadway. That driver hit a car head-on killing a 21-year-old woman. Charges are pending for that man.
