Charges Dropped Against Family Accused of Assaulting Ex-Officer

One family claims they were falsely accused of assaulting former lieutenant Jonathan Josey. The prosecutor dropped the charges, and the family plans on suing Josey. In February, Josey was found not guilty of assaulting a woman after controversial video surfaced. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports details.
