Chaos at Colwyn Council Meetings Continues

A City Council meeting in Colwyn turned into a screaming battle as members attempted to fire the borough manager. NBC10 investigative reporter Harry Hairston says the vote by the four council members to fire Paula Brown came after the meeting was adjourned.
