Chaos Erupts At a Cookout as Teens Throw Bottles, Vandalize Police Cars

Hundreds of teens took to the street Sunday night, throwing bottles and rocks at police. It all unfolded at the Lonnie Young Recreation Center. NBC10’s Matt Delucia tells us how this all got started.
