Changes to I-76 Could Make Rush Hour Traffic Better

Thousands of drivers try their best to get where they need to go during rush hour traffic, but Penn-Dot is studying the possibility of opening the shoulder of I-76 during peak times from Route 202 in King of Prussia to the Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia.
