Ceremony To Be Held on Anniversary of Unsolved Murders

A friend of slain Matthew Macerato has organized a ballon release ceremony set for Friday evening. On Dec. 26, 2004, Macerato and Jessica Watson were shot and killed inside of the Big and Tall Store on Kirkwoood Highway in Delaware.
