Ceremony Celebrates Hard-Fought Ratification of 19th Amendment

For 100 years now, women have been able to vote in the U.S. That right, though, took great effort to accomplish. Now, the struggle is being spotlighted and celebrated in Philadelphia’s Old City. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports.
