Center City report says 70% of non-resident workers have returned to the office in Philadelphia

It’s been four years since the start of COVID-19 that kept people home and away from restaurants and offices. Philadelphia has continued to rebound from the pandemic but a new report on the state of Center City suggests looking at the future in a new way. NBC10’s Lauren Mayk has more on what that could mean for the city.
