Celebration of Life Held for Mother Who Was Shot and Killed During Robbery

Family members, friends, neighbors and Governor John Carney gathered for a celebration of life service to honor Leslie Ruiz-Basilio, a Delaware mother who was shot and killed during a robbery inside a Metro by T-Mobile store. The event also raised money for the woman’s husband and children.
