Carjacking Suspect Crashes Stolen Vehicle: Police

A man was arrested after he allegedly carjacked an off-duty SEPTA worker, threatened a gas station attendant with a gun while pretending to be a police officer and crashed the stolen vehicle. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
