Car Strikes, Kills Pedestrian on Roosevelt Boulevard

An accident investigation is underway on Roosevelt Boulevard at Harbison Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia after police say a car struck and killed a pedestrian. The crash shut down the southbound lanes as police investigated.
