Car Overturns Near Scene of Deadly Street Racing Crash in Northeast Philadelphia

Crews had to rescue a driver from a car that struck a pole and flipped near the intersection of Red Lion Road and Sandmeyer Lane in Bustleton overnight. The crash happened feet from the scene of a deadly street racing crash that killed three people in July.
