Car Flies Over Power Lines, Crash-Lands on Another Parked Car

Witnesses say they saw an SUV fly over power lines and crash-land on top of another car parked outside of a house in Northeast Philadelphia. Investigators say the driver of the SUV appeared to be having a medical problem behind the wheel.
