Court Appearance for Candy Donation Suspects

Police say Kenneth Roeschen and Ed Hilmen setup fake candy donation boxes in stores and restaurants throughout Bucks County and kept the cash. The two men appeared in court on Friday. NBC10’s Harry Hairston reports.
