Community Rallies, Marches for Camden Cops

Police officers plan to rally against a proposal by Mayor Dana L. Redd to merge county police with city police. The move would force the department to layoff 283 city officers. The rally starts at 4:00 p.m. at the Camden County City Hall. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
