Cab Driver Shot in the Eye During Center City Paintball Attack

There is new surveillance video of an SUV wanted in a paintball attack on a taxi cab driver in Center City. Arshad Khan was rushed to a nearby hospital. He tells us he needs several surgeries and may lose vision in his right eye altogether.
