Accused Butt Injector's Bail Set at $10 Million

Wednesday night Philadelphia police raided a Germantown home and arrested Padge Windslowe before she could administer illegal butt injections. Windslowe allegedly performed these illegal procedures before , police said. Her bail has been set at $10 million dollars and she is being charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and deceptive business practices. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports the details.
