Bus Driver Caught on Camera Crashing Into Cars

A school bus driver was caught on surveillance video crashing into cars on narrow Bradford Terrace in Northeast Philadelphia. One car had its bumper ripped off, neighbors say. And, they add, students were on board the bus. The bus company said it could not comment until an accident investigator was available.
