Caught on Cam: Vandal Slashes Tires at Bucks County Dealership: Police

Dozens of tires were slashed over the weekend at Lafferty Chevrolet in Warminster, Bucks County. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia shows us the surveillance video of the slasher caught in the act.

A vandal slashed the tires of dozens of vehicles in Warminster, Bucks County over the weekend, including 27 trucks at a Chevrolet dealership.

Joe Taber of Lafferty Chevrolet, showed NBC10 surveillance video of the suspect slashing tires of the dealership’s vehicles on Street Road around 3 a.m. Saturday. Taber says 99 tires in all were slashed causing more than $22,000 in damage.

“He was probably here three minutes, four minutes, if that,” Taber said.

The vandal also slashed the tires of several other vehicles parked on nearby businesses around Street Road.

Employees at Lafferty Chevrolet told NBC10 they ordered new tires and are hoping to get the vehicles fixed over the next few days. Police continue to investigate. So far no arrests have been made.
