Bucks County Jane Doe Identified As Lisa Todd After 33 Years

An unidentified pregnant woman was found dead in a well in Bucks County back in October of 1988. She was known as Bucks County Jane Dow until Tuesday when officials announced she has been identified as Lisa Todd. NBC10’s Deanna Durante shows how science and forensics were used to make the connection.
