Brother Accused of Trying to Kill Younger Sister

An 18-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly tried to kill his 7-year-old sister who was found unconscious with a bag covering her face. The man is in custody while his sister is in extremely critical condition. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
