Experts Want New Laws for Rail Companies

Rep. Rob Andrews (D-N.J.) called for stronger safety regulation of rail companies as a result of the Paulsboro accident. Many bridge experts believe there need to be new laws to prevent future accidents. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports.
