Break-in suspect surrenders after targeting same home multiple times

A man accused of breaking into the same home, multiple times over the past month has surrendered. The suspect is charged with stalking, burglary and other crimes. Police said while he was in that home, he also watched a 9-year-old girl sleep. NBC10’s Karen Hua has an update on this case.
