Boy Struck by Pickup Truck, Driver Attacked by Crowd, Witnesses Say

A boy was taken to the hospital after he was struck by a pickup truck in Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon. Witnesses told NBC10 the driver was attacked by a small crowd after he fled the scene on foot. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia has exclusive video of the crash and speaks with witnesses.
