Boy, 15, Shot in Head by Stray Bullet Fired During Car Theft, Police Say

NBC10’s Lauren Winfrey reports of the shooting of a 15-year-old boy in Northeast Philadelphia Thursday night. Police said the boy was an innocent bystander struck as another young person fired a shot at a man trying to stop a group of teens from stealing a car.
