Body Cam Footage Released in South Jersey Police Shooting of Man Outside His Home

Police body camera footage has been released in the shooting death by officers of a South Jersey man. Neighbors say the 49-year-old man was a military veteran. The dead man called police to his property initially, authorities say. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has reaction from neighbors in Gloucester County.
