Blind Man Finishes Broad Street Run

Running 10-miles is no small feat. Imagine doing it without being able to see. Kinzey Lynch, 22, completed the Broad Street Run Sunday. It’s the 6th year he’s participated in the race. He’s also blind. NBC10 was also there for a finish-line proposal as Ian Victor proposed to his now-fiancée Edie Lewis.
