Black Madam Arrested

She calls herself the “Black Madam.” Already under investigation for an illegal butt injection that may have killed a British woman last year. Padge Windslowe was under arrest Wednesday night, facing serious charges in another case. Police are calling it an “illegal pumping party” where injections are given to enhance women’s buttocks.
