Woman's Billboard Photo Catching Attention

Local photographer Zoe Strauss’s photographs have appeared on 54 billboards in the city. One of her photos that she took of her neighbor got placed on billboards outside of the city and it remains a mystery as to how it got there. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports.
