Bidding Farewell to Arlen Specter

Senator Arlen Specter, 82, died on Sunday after a battling with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. His funeral will be held on Tuesday at Har Zion Temple in Penn Valley. It is expected that over 1,000 people will be in attendance. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn shares the details.
