Police have identified a suspect and the man he is accused of fatally stabbing in the parking lot of a Bensalem apartment complex.
Bensalem Police say they were called to the Salem Crossing Apartments on 3550 Street Road around 7 p.m. Sunday for the report of a stabbing.
When they arrived, they found a male with a stab wound to his neck in the parking lot. The male was taken to Aria Torresdale Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police identified the victim as 23-year-old Miguel Feliciano from Philadelphia.
Bensalem Police encountered the suspect shortly after the stabbing and took him into custody. He has been identified as 28-year-old Tyrone Lester from Philadelphia.
Lester has been charged with Criminal Homicide and Possession of an Instrument of Crime.
