Bear Gets Dangerously Close to School Kids

You can hear the kids screaming as they run for cover from a wayward bear. The kids were waiting for their bus Monday in New Britain, Connecticut. As the bear lumbered into the street near a bus stop students ran in the opposite direction. The bear eventually wandered off into the woods, leaving students with quite a story to share with classmates. Because the bear was spotted near a middle school, recess was canceled and students kept inside.
