ATV Crackdown in Philly

Police say 26 ATV’s were confiscated from Kensington, Hunting Park, North Philadelphia, and the Southwest sections of the city. Police also took 11 dirt bikes from the 3000 block of Rorer Street. NBC10’s Byron Scott spoke to Anthony Peabody who says one of the ATVs was stolen from him.
