Naked Man Tries to Grab Teen Girl: Police

A witness says he, another man and a security guard thwarted a naked suspect who tried to grab a teen girl near a Philadelphia school Tuesday afternoon. The unidentified suspect screamed out, ‘I’m a pedophile,’ as he was being handcuffed, according to the witness.
